Just before Christmas, we received a heartwarming email from Dr. Emily Mills Ko sharing a recipe she developed for Minty Hot Chocolate using Blossom's Garden's Mint Syrup. We tried it, loved it, and wanted to share it with all of you!
Minty Hot Chocolate (Courtesy of Dr. Emily Mills Ko)
- I Cup Hot Milk or Water
- 2 Tablespoons Baking Cocoa
- 2 Tablespoons Blossom's Mint Syrup
- 1 Small Pinch Salt
Mix milk, baking cocoa, salt, and syrup together in a mug. Top with whipped cream, cinnamon, or crushed peppermints to give it an extra kick!
Note: Any of Blossom's Garden's Mint syrups can be used in this recipe.
