Looking for a healthy snack packed with antioxidants and flavor? Try this twist on the traditional yogurt parfait.
- 1/2 cup of plain, unsweetened yogurt
- 1/4 cup of blackberries
- 1/4 of raspberries
- 1/4 cup of strawberries
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- 2 tablespoons of Blossom's Mint Syrup
- Optional: nuts, seeds and coconut flakes
Pour yogurt in a bowl and mix in all berries.
Drizzle the mint syrup on top.
Chop nuts and sprinkle on top. Add any additional toppings.
