Mint Yogurt Recipe

Looking for a healthy snack packed with antioxidants and flavor? Try this twist on the traditional yogurt parfait. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup of plain, unsweetened yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of blackberries
  • 1/4 of raspberries
  • 1/4 cup of strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons of Blossom's Mint Syrup
  • Optional: nuts, seeds and coconut flakes

INSTRUCTIONS:

Pour yogurt in a bowl and mix in all berries.

Drizzle the mint syrup on top.

Chop nuts and sprinkle on top. Add any additional toppings.
